I consider workarounds — as opposed to default feature set usage — inherently problematic due to the increased number of preparation and usage steps. For Skype, one would have to install Skype and import all contacts and then rely on connection reliability and speed. For GoogleVoice, one would have to have/get a GoogleVoice number. Anyway, I wouldn’t switch for this reason or any of the other four I mentioned.

Inability to use voice and data simultaneously doesn’t have to be a problem; you can presumably use VOIP to place calls (e.g. Skype, GoogleVoice, etc).

LOL… I love that the Korean language support is 3rd from the bottom on a device sold only in the US at this point. You are by far one of my favorite sources of outlier feedback ever!

I have developed a product and company to market it that will provide an elegant, simple, and inexpensive solution to the Kindle/cover problem. I expect more from a product that costs $129 (more than the cost of many phones!) and don’t believe I’ve received value for the price. I’m giving it another week or so but anticipate I’ll be taking it back and trying a different product with better incoming sound quality.
